Princples and Methods of Teaching Accounting
I am actually quite surprise with the result that I was born a leader, though I know that I
have the traits of being one. I am actually a type of leader who always think of a solution and
alternatives. I always listen to my colleagues regarding their thoughts as there are times I’m
having a hard time to cope-up and understand the things we are talking about. I’m also a good
listerner to my friends, they open up their problems to me and ask for my advice and actions they
need to do. Also, when it comes to speaking in front of a large crowd I still felt nervous, though I
have the confidence that I can execute well my speech. I do think nervousness is normal even a
person who is used to large crowd can still feel nervousness in their body. Lastly, I am the clown
of the class or my circle of friend, but I know where and what time should I make fun of things. I
am not a type of leader who is always on a serious note as I don’t want to add another burden or
fear to my colleagues. These traits of mine might be helpful to me if I ever plan to be a teacher in
the future and be a great one. A great teacher doesn’t mean they only need to teach but they
must also have the traits of being a good leader, listener, and a poblem-solver.
