To indemnify you your servants and agents and hold all of you harmless in respect of any liability loss or
damage of whatsoever nature whether direct or indirect which you may sustain by reason of the issuance of switch
Bill(s) of Lading as aforesaid in place of the original set(s) in accordance with our request and to hold you harmless in
respect of any and all claims which may be brought against you your servants or agents under or arising out of or in
connection with the original set(s) of Bill(s) of Lading or any part thereof.
2.
We further agree to indemnify you your servants and agents and hold all of you harmless in respect of any
liability loss or damage of whatsoever nature whether direct or indirect which you may sustain by reason of the
revised shipper, consignee, and notify party contained in the second set(s) of Bill(s) of Lading in accordance with our
request.
3.
In the event of any proceedings being commenced against you or any of your servants or agents in connection
with the issuance of Switch Bill(s) of Lading as aforesaid or under the original set(s) of Bill(s) of Lading or any part
thereof or arising out of or in connection with said revised shipper, consignee, and notify party in accordance with our
request to provide you or them from time to time with sufficient funds to defend the same.

If the vessel or any other vessel asset or property belonging to you or in the same, same beneficial or
associated ownership or management or control should be arrested or detained or if the arrest or detention thereof
should be threatened to provide such bail or other security as may be required to prevent such arrest or detention or to
secure the release of such vessel asset or property and to indemnify you in respect of any loss damage or expenses
caused by such arrest or detention whether direct or indirect whether or not same may be justified.
5.
Should the vessel be delayed at the discharge port by reason of late or non-provision of these Switch Bill(s) of
Lading to hold you your servants and agents harmless in respect of any loss damage or expenses caused by such delay
until such time as the said Bill(s) of Lading are provided.
6.
As soon as any or all of the original set(s) of Bill(s) of Lading for the above goods shall have arrived and/or
come into our possession to produce and deliver the same to you until the full original set(s) have been produced and
delivered.
