INTERNATIONAL AUTO LOGISTICS or their Sub-Contractor representatives shall not be liable for any mechanical
defects or problems occurring due to normal wear and tear, factory-defects, or product recalls. For vehicles which
have an alarm or security systems – please note below the location, special codes, or any other INSTRUCTIONS
needed to start your vehicle. Any other details or hidden flaws out of the ordinary regarding the ignition, door
locks, etc., which are needed in the transport of your vehicle, are to be noted below.
It is your responsibility and duty to identify any known fluid leaks, mechanical problems and/or deficiencies which
can affect the safe transportation of your vehicle. It is also your responsibility and duty to inform the contractor of
the location of all permanently installed factory or aftermarket accessories.
