Preparation: materials and tools for training, selection of appropriate trainers and design of training content. 3.2 . The number of members, participants, the interest of target groups, the media and the general public reflect the changes, ensure the immeasurable success of the program, provide the possibility of comparison with the previous state, the quality of communication and transparency, whereby the following methods and techniques are used to monitor and evaluate the results: Meetings of the program team, at least once a month during the implementation of the program; Daily conversations with users and associates of the program; Questionnaires, statements, surveys, evaluation of the work of the Association; Observation and counting; Photography and recording; Analysis of documentation.
