• 采用特制车库专用刹车电机,结构紧凑,启动转矩大,刹车安全性
高,制动力矩为电机额定转矩2倍以上;
• 扭力大、体积小、噪音低、温升低、振动小、效率高,减速机整机传
动效率92%以上;
• 横移用采用高性能压铸铝箱体,外形美观,安装轻便;升降用采用高
强度铸铁箱体,刚性好、强度高、散热性能优异;
• 齿轮副采用渗碳淬火热处理工艺,强度高,采用独特的低噪音齿形齿
向设计,确保产品的使用寿命,同时保证设计的先进性;
• 零部件均采用模块化生产,互换性强;
• 采用专用极压工业齿轮润滑脂,终身免维护。
