1. Is it necessary to pay for insurance coverage?
• No. Student may opt to pay deposit with no insurance coverage (1+1). Insurance coverage will cover the expenses if
you have met an unforeseen accident in the hostel room.
2. Who do we liaise with for hostel matter?
• Student will liaise directly with the owner. Contact details given on the first page.
3. Do we have a minimum/maximum duration to stay in the hostel?
• Student are required to stay minimum of 6 months and there are no maximum duration. If students happened to
terminate the hostel before occupying it for 6 months, the deposit are automatically forfeited.
4. When do we need to pay for the deposit?
• Deposit are required to pay during collection of hostel keys direct to the official bank account.
5. Are there any form that we need to sign and fill up?
• Yes, upon collection of hostel keys.
