Use this form to ask us to postpone a fee you must pay to make an application, attend a hearing or seek an injunction.
We can only postpone fees in exceptional circumstances - for example, an urgent hearing that must happen before
you are able to pay the hearing fee.
If we decide to postpone your payment, we will tell you when the fee is due. Unless we set an earlier payment date,
you must pay within 30 days of our decision to postpone your fee payment.
