Rules and Regulations
We are going to start our season-04 football Tournament on Thursday at 3:00
PM in the College field. There are participating 6 team respectively (45+46), 46,
47, 48, 49, & 50. Hope you all team are being ready to fight till the end of the
tournament. To make the tournament fairness and enjoyable every team have to
maintain some disciplinary rules:
1. Every team must be Nine (9) set of players.
2. Every team allowed to change their player in a running match for five (5)
times only. (Any player can change more than 1 time). Substitutions can
be made at any time from the half way line. Substituted player must leave
the pitch before replacement goes on.
3. There is no hand ball of goalkeeper into the box. (If goalkeeper try to
make any advantage from this rule, then referee stop the match and ask
him for ground shot)
4. Every team must follow referee's command. If any player behaving rude &
unfair in the ground, he would be given RED card and the player can't
play 1st half of the next match.
5. All free kicks and corners are direct and opposition must be 3 meters
away.
6. 15+15 minutes would be a game time in the first round, no extra time
would be given and no tie breaker. (For first round)
7. Semi-final & Final would be 20+20 minutes of game and extra 5+5
minutes would be considered for tie game and then directly go for
tiebreaker if needed.
8. Each team must present in the ground before 30 minutes of their match
time.
9. If any team being late to arrival at exact time in the ground opponent
would be won as walkover.

Scoring
To determine the overall final positions in the tournaments the points allocated
will be:
Win – 3 points, Draw – 1 point, Defeat – 0 point. The deciding criteria for
“breaking” a tie is as follows:
1. Head-to-head result
2. Points difference (goal difference) (between tied teams)
3. Points scored (between tied teams)
4. Points against (between tied teams)
Once a tie break has been resolved additional ties will be resolved in the same
format using the same sequence of procedures beginning with the head-to-head
result (point 1)
Given "player of the match" for each match. As we all are students of
Management Studies department obviously will try to play friendly & fairly. As
