Introduction
This assignment is based on code of conduct between the learners and myself. In this
assignment, the code of conduct was read and summarized in a video od a speech about code
of conduct. Additional sources were also recorded and placed in the assignment.

I would like to thank the following persons for their help in this assignment. First God for the
strength and ability to complete this assignment. My lecturer Ms. Ann Phillips for giving us this
assignment and doing so I gained knowledge and understanding about the code of conduct
governing teachers.

During this assignment most of my information were gathered from the Moodle platform,
hence I did some addition reading and this is the information that was gathered.
Code of conduct is one of the most important policies in organizations. Teachers must respect
the dignity, beliefs and constitutional rights of leaners, which includes the right to privacy.
Teachers must promote gender equality. Code of conduct will contribute in making the
teaching profession once more attractive to people with high standing, and who are ready to
promote quality education for our children.
