SHARED CREDIT APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS
Please send your completed "Shared Credit" application packet:

Shared Credit Application
Completed BS CS curriculum sheet (blank attached for you to complete)
Draft MS CS degree class selection (select two from each section of the curriculum
sheet and attach)
Send packet to:
1) entire packet to me (dylan@cs.unm.edu) to verify GPA I'll return to you to forward on
2) Leah Buechley buechley@cs.unm.edu she signs your application then send the entire
packet to Shuang Luan after Leah approves you will might need to re-attach all the
other documents.
3) Shuang Luan, CS Graduate Director sluan@unm.edu after Leah approves you might
need to re-attach all of the attached documents.
4) Then submit to Charles Fleddermann, SOE Associate Dean cbf@unm.edu when
approved ask him to return to Lynn ljconner@unm.edu
When I received your "Shared Credit application" approved with all these signatures
then I can process, and I'll email you so you can submit to your professors who you
would like to take CS 5xx classes:
You will need to complete from the Registrar website the "Level Restriction/Graduate
Credit Authorization" form to be forwarded to the CS 5xx professor for approval then
submit form to me for approval/processing. Then you will need to upload to the
Registrar's website so they can register you for the CS 5xx class.
