This website was created to highlight the numerous ethnic cuisines that are found across Malaysia in an effort to raise awareness of Malaysian food among a wider audience, particularly among tourists from other countries that go to the country. Food to Know is the name that we have given to the website that provides visitors with an introduction to the cuisines of many ethnic groups along with photographs of the dishes. Process Food To Know is a website that introduces Malaysian traditional dishes. Food To know is a personal blog that is managed by a team of 4 people, who are committed to eating authentic Malaysian cuisine. The main design concept of the “Food To Know” website belongs to the INS style and minimalist, which is the favorite style of the youngest generation nowadays, although it is simple but looks very comfortable, due to the color we use mostly earth tones and nude color such as beige color. To assist readers to get our content easily, we have applied all the parts in the header that will be present on every site of the website. To make it perfect, “Food To Know” websites also included the mouse-over effect, which is the display area that opens as soon as a user leaves the mouse pointer on a function element of a web page. This might give a clear signal to the reader to see what’s clickable in the site menu. Besides, ‘Food To Know' websites also provide a good user experience and readers can access and navigate our website with ease. The “Food To Know” website had six parts in the site menu, including Home, About, Malay Cuisine, Chinese Cuisine, Indian Cuisine, and Nyonya Cuisine. Below are the details of each page of the website. Home Page 2 The Home page of “Food To Know” had a slideshow section that showed some of Malaysia's traditional food streets such as Petaling Street, Jonker Walk, Pasar Seni, and Brickfields Little India. Besides, we also included a ‘Meet The Blogger” section, which allows the reader to know who is the blogger and who is the blogger they interact with. The last section of this page is the subscribe section, which allows readers to subscribe without any additional fees to get the scoop on the “Food To Know” blog. About Page Next, the About page of the “Food To Know” website is to introduce and briefly describes the purpose of our website. Blog Moreover, the main body of the website is Malaysian traditional dishes. “Food To Know” included the four major Malaysian traditional dishes. To be clear and easy to read, we had to distribute it into four pages including Malay Cuisine, Chinese Cuisine, India Cuisine, and Nyonya Cuisine to publish our blog. Experience Based on the fact that we are studying Management and Finance course, we are not related to website design at all, but through this assignment, we learned how to design a website. At first, we thought it would be easy to create a website, but it was not. An attractive website needs to have a background color that is comfortable for the reader and easy-to-understand content. Not only that, but we had to learn how to make it a visual feast for the readers and how to lay out it in a way that would make them feel interested in continuing to read the content on our website. We created a website called Food to Know to let people from other countries know about traditional Malaysian food. Finally, through this assignment, we learned how to design a website and the importance of teamwork. 3 Feedback The feedback for our “Food to know” may be very clean and understandable. The use of an easy template saved the web website online from being overly complicated and confusing. This website is also straightforward to study and clean to locate hyperlinks to the subsequent page. It is likewise now no longer terrified of white space, which facilitates lessening the cognitive load on the viewer in addition to the opportunity of perceiving the facts provided on the screen.
