1. Begin by teaching students to introduce themselves with a greeting.
2. Introduce the new parrot characters Peter and Paco to your students. They will
teach them Spanish and English throughout the book.
3. Repeat the sentences several times so that students can learn correct pronunciation.
4. Guide students throughout the lessons. Help them to be confident with the new language.
5. Icons, like the ones shown below, will help to differentiate between lesson and activity
pages.
