Question 1
A scenario for H & A Optical Centre is provided below. Arrival time refers to the time a patient
arrives and consultation time is the time the patient spends time in the consultation room and does
not involve the waiting time. It is assumed that the departure time of previous customer is the
starting time of the next customer i.e. no time delay.
