I.
All the learning materials (i.e. PPT, audiovisual presentation, handout, etc.) used throughout
the course PT-CBR 221 is subject to copyright protection and is owned by the De La Salle
Medical and Health Sciences Institute. No part of the learning materials may be reproduced,
distributed, or transmitted by any means, or stored in any retrieval system of any nature
without prior permission. The materials in this course are for the exclusive use of the officially
enrolled student of the De La Salle Medical and Health Sciences Institute.
II.
Recording and/or taking screenshots of the learning materials of the synchronous sessions
without the permission of the faculty-in-charge is not allowed.
III.
Access to the Blackboard, Canvas, Moodle, Microsoft Teams, and other platforms used for
the class is for the exclusive use of the officially enrolled student. Misrepresentation during
synchronous/asynchronous session is not allowed.
IV.
Each student is expected to abide to the Intellectual Property Rights Law and the Data Privacy
Act.
V.
Any violations from the provisions mentioned above (I-IV) and associated act not mentioned
but stated in the Intellectual Property Rights Law and Data Privacy will be dealt with
accordingly.
