VEHICLE PURCHASE AGREEMENT
This Agreement is made this 7th day of March, 2023
BETWEEN
UGOCHUKWU LINUS of Rumuosunwo, Eneka Port Harcourt, Rivers State of Nigeria
(hereinafter referred to as “THE SELLER”) which expression shall include his heirs
successors, executors, administrators and assigns of the one part.
AND
TIJANI JOHN AGBO of No. 3 Waka Street, Rumuosunwo Eneka, Port Harcourt Rivers
State of Nigeria (hereinafter referred as “THE PURCHASER”) which expression shall
include his heir’s successors, executors, administrators and assigns of the second part.
WHEREAS:

THE SELLER is the rightful and bonafide/beneficial owner of a Toyota Carina E
with below particulars.

The SELLER sold the Toyota with the above particulars, while the PURCHASER
also purchased same from the Seller.
IN PURSUANCE of the agreement and in consideration of the sum of Seven Hundred
and Forty Five Thousand Naira (745,000.00) only, the PURCHASER has agreed to
purchase same from the SELLER (the receipt whereby the seller hereby acknowledges).

The purchaser can now proceed for change of ownership
