HAZARD IDENTIFICATION & RISK ASSESSMENT EMAIL Once you have undertaken your Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment exercise, you should draft an email below, outlining both your findings and concerns. This should be addressed to the relevant person within your organisation. Save a copy of the email on this template and upload it to your IVET Student Portal. Assalamualaikum Al-ameen college, This is Mohd Hafiz Shamsul Bahari and I am writing this email to tell you my concerns of all of the safety hazards in the school oval. The safety hazard that has concerned me the most is the potholes that the school has on the ovals. As me and my team were reviewing the oval we noticed many potholes in the floor all around the oval, this can be easily fixed by filling up the potholes with sand. Another safety hazard is the nets for the soccer goals, the nets are not attached to the goals properly and this is a huge problem. If kids are trying to get the ball after someone has shot the ball, the kid can get stuck in the soccer net and get choked. Another reason why the soccer net is a safety hazard is what if someone walks behind the soccer goals and gets hit in the head. The last safety hazard is the sticks and stones lying around the oval, this can be a huge problem if kids use these items to hit each other and throw at each other. These are the safety hazards that concerned me. If possible, please fix these safety hazards. Yours sincerely.
