Bag-mask ventilations
 Three fingers of one hand lift the jaw (they form the “E”) while the thumb and
index finger hold the mask to the face (making a “C”).
AED(Automated External Defibrillator)
▶Compression
ￚ Rates: 100-120회/min
ￚ Depth: 5cm
ￚ Chest wall recoil: 2분마다 compressor 교체(피로도에 따라 더 자주 교대)
▶Airway: head tilt-chin lift
(suspected trauma: jaw thrust)
▶Breathing
ￚ Compression : ventilation = 30:2 (1 or 2 rescuers 상관없이)
ￚ 과도한 인공호흡은 피할 것
ￚ 2분에 한번씩 (피로도에 따라 더 자주) 가슴압박 실시자 교대
ￚ Advanced airway (with ambu bag): 6초에 1회(10/min)
▶Defibrillation: 가능한 신속히 시행 가슴압박 바로 연결
ￚ Monophasic: 360J
ￚ Biphasic: 120-200J
 Analyze the rhythm
 AED가 Shock 필요하다고 하면 ‘SHOCK’버튼
 바로 Compression 연결
▶주의점
ￚ Pad크기 주의
 8세이하는 소아용사용
ￚ 땀이나 물 재빠르게 제거
ￚ 설치 위치:
① 우측 쇄골밑
② 왼쪽 유두 아래 전액와선에 놓이도록
ￚ 분석동안 잠시 정지
ￚ Shock 동안 모두 떨어져 있기

ￚ 대부분의 목격 당시 대상자의 심장상태
 VF (Ventricular Fibrillation)/VFib 심실세동
 VT (Ventricular Tachycardia)/VTach 심실빈맥
ￚ VF에 가장 효과적 치료는
 electrical defibrillation
ￚ  VF악화 asystole(무수축)
▶PEA(pulseless electrical activities) or asystole : compression 지속,
defibrillation 하지 않는다.
▶Compression
ￚ Rates: 100-120/min
ￚ Depth: 5cm
ￚ Chest wall recoil: 매 2분(5cycles)마다 compressor 교체
