Fee paid for any service will not be refunded.
2.
Payment via cheque will be subject to realization. A dishonored cheque will attract a penalty of Rs.300/and the entire amount (of the cheque and the penalty) will have to be paid in cash without prejudice to
other rights/remedies available under law.

Course material will be provided subject to full payment/realization.
4.
Batch transfer fee is applicable if a student wishes to change his batch and/or location after enrollment. In
case of inter-city batch transfers, the differential amount will have to be paid along with the requisite batch
transfer fee, if the fee at the new location is higher than that at the previous location.
5.
The students/parent authorizes Manya Education (P) Ltd. to use the student¶s photograph, scores, and
testimonial for marketing communication.
6.
Testimonials provided by students may be appropriately edited by Manya Education (P) Ltd. for marketing
communication.
7.
Enrolled students are liable to share the following with Manya Education (P) Ltd.:

Registration details and a copy of the official score report/s of the actual test/s (GRE, GMAT, SAT, ACT,
AP, SAT Subject Tests, IELTS, TOEFL etc.) for which they would have prepared with us
‡
Copy of their admission results (applicable to students enrolled for Admission Counseling Services)
8.
Registering for the tests and ensuring eligibility to take the test are responsibility of the students/parents
and Manya Education (P) Ltd. will not be responsible for the same.
9.
Please refer to the 'Student Handbook/Admission Counseling Services (ACS) contract/ACS product
deliverables' for all other service policies, and detailed terms and conditions.
10. All disputes will be referred to arbitration of a sole arbitrator appointed by Manya Education (P) Ltd.
Arbitration will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act,
1996 and the rules framed thereunder as amended from time to time. Arbitral Proceedings will be
conducted in English at New Delhi. All disputes will fall under jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.
