International Port of Batangas Luzon Island, Batangas Bay, West Philippine Sea The Batangas Pier or International Port is located in Barangay Santa Clara and is the 2nd largest port in the Philippines. Covering an area of 150 hectares, it is a seaport that primarily services passenger and cargo ships. The General Santos Port, known regionally as the MakarWharf, is a medium-sized harbour facility in the Philippines, run and operated by the PPA.
