1. THE ATTRIBUTES:
1. DIGITAL & TECHNOLOGY FLUENCY : the ability to interpret
information and communicate idea effectively and ethically in digitally
connected world, use relevant technology to construct meaning, and to create
something.
2. APPLIED MANAGEMENT SKILLS : a practical ability to build effective
communication and to show excellent work through structured and systematic
planning and organizing.
3. CRITICAL & CREATIVE THINKING : ability to generate, evaluate and
analyze information, clarify concepts and ideas, seek possibilities, act and
reflect, consider alternatives, and solve problems.
4. ADAPTABILITY : the willingness and ability to make appropriate cognitive,
behavioral, and affective responses to uncertain and novel situations.
5. INITIATIVE : the behavior characterized by self-starting, proactive and
persistence in overcoming barriers and setbacks.
6. GROWTH MINDSET : belief that principal qualities can be cultivated
through efforts, strategies, and help from others.

2. Dalam pekerjaan internship yang dilakukan, terkait pengembangan aplikasi, dibutuhkan
semua 8 soft skills atribut BINUS University, terutama dalam penerapan manajemen dan
kolaborasi. Manajemen adalah proses perencanaan, pengorganisasian, penyusunan
personalia, pengarahan, dan pengawasan anggota-anggota organisasi untuk mencapai
tujuan organisasi. Fungsi manajemen yang dilakukan mencakup perencanaan,
pengorganisasian, penyusunan, pengarahan, dan pengawasan. Dalam kolaborasi,
penerapan konsep kolaborasi dan koopetisi memperlihatkan bahwa relasi antar organisasi
dapat menciptakan situasi yang komplementer atau saling melengkapi, pararel dengan
sifat kolaborasi dimana relasi antar organisasi saling tergantung. Penerapan konsep
kolaborasi mengharuskan terjadinya aliansi antara visi strategi perusahaan, relasi
pelanggan, relasi tugas, hasil dan reputasi dalam suatu aliansi.
