Introduction of Student Emails

The Directorate of ICT Services of the University of
Education, Winneba (UEW) has introduced Student
Mail System as part of measures to support smooth
communication between the University and its
Students. This project is being executed in phases
beginning with students who joined the University in
the 2018/2019 academic year.
Guidelines
1. Email Address
The syntax of the email address is as follows:
index number@st.uew.edu.gh [For example, if
the index number of a student is "123456789"
the
email
address
will
be
"123456789@st.uew.edu.gh"
2. Password
The password is zero plus the student's
applicant ID. [For example, if the student's
applicant ID is "1234567", the password will be
"01234567". Students will be required to
change their password upon login.

University website.
