Lunch Break: Lunch will begin after Round 5 and will end at least 45 minutes after the last room finishes. After
lunch, we will rebracketed into the playoff pools. Games played in the morning against teams in your playoff pool
will carry over into the playoff rounds and will not be replayed. Teams Kinkaid-Bellarmine are, in order, the top
three teams from preliminary Pool A, ranked by win-loss record then points per game (in the event of a record
tie). Teams Carmel-Beavercreek are, in order, the top three teams from preliminary Pool B, ranked by record then
points per game. Teams DCDS-DCC B and Great Valley-Edison are the consolation teams from each morning
pool.

After Round 8, if the Championship team with the most wins, including carry-overs, has at least two more wins
than the second-place team, then they have won! If the team with the most wins has exactly one more win than
the second-place team, they will be advantaged in a final over the second-place team in Walter’s room (in an
advantaged final, the top two teams play a best-of-three series, with the “advantaged” team beginning the series
with one win). If two or more teams are tied after Round 8, tiebreakers and a one-game final will be held in
Walter’s room.
We will be playing off all placements if possible (so the finals series procedure will be repeated for 3rd place, 5th
place, etc. any placement that it is possible to play off, unless both teams decide to not play)
