4- benign eyelid tumor
5-malignant eyelid tumor.(tumors bcs age not known)

1- preseptal (Insect bite) or orbital cellulitis
2- internal hordeolum.

DX/ Granuloma= excessive proliferation of granulation tissue
that usually develops after chronic foreign body irritation, stitch,
minor trauma or surgery,
Rx/ local incision , steroid
