Pakistan: The share of textile and clothing exports dropped by 1% to 53% of the country’s total exports of $19.382bn. Total garment exports from Pakistan were worth around $3 billion in 2009-1010. India's textile export in 2009-10 was valued at $20 billion India’s exports of apparel during 2009-10 was US$ 10046.89 million as against US$ 10383.26 million in the preceding financial year 2008-09 The technical textile market in India was worth Rs417.6 bn (US$10.4 bn) in 2007/08, and this is set to grow to Rs701.5 bn in 2012/13.
