We want to have fun in training camp and to do this, there must be some ground rules in place so that we ALL feel accepted and comfortable with each other. Our training camp instills good behavior and respect towards others in a paramount. 1. PUNCTUALITY The training camp activities are arranged to accommodate the majority’s schedule and availability of a venue, the schedule may change or move, if necessary, yet rest assured that it will be held within the year. If you are late or absent, you must learn what you missed on your own time. It is understood that if you do not appear for training when requested unless you inform us beforehand, that means you are no longer interested. In that case, a reserved trainee will take your place. Everybody is expected to be on time all time. Failure to do so could result in the termination of your participation. Note: Five (5) absences without a valid reason are subject to automatic dropout. If you cannot continue the ten sessions of training, you are obliged to pay the full balance because you have already availed of the slot that could have been taken by others. 2. DISCIPLINE AND COMMITMENT Always see to it that you are physically and emotionally fit. Maintain a healthy lifestyle. Avoid staying up late at night. Basketball Training Camp participants should have a high ethical and moral demeanor so that their good name and the credibility of JAMSAP ENTERTAINMENT CORPORATION will be maintained. You are expected to observe proper behavior during and after training. 3. CHAPERONS Managers/agents, relatives, boyfriends/girlfriends, etc. are not allowed to hang around during the training sessions. It is advisable not to stay at the training venue so as not to distract the training camp participants. 4. OUTFIT AND ACCESSORIES Participants are required to wear comfortable training clothes and shoes and must bring a hand towel and water jug during training. 5. RESPECT We ask that older members in the training camp be respectful of younger members, and set a positive example – be good leaders. We respect our surroundings. In the training space, we are responsible for keeping our space tidy, throwing away our trash appropriately, and remembering to bring our belongings home after every rehearsal. We are someone else. EVERYONE IS RESPONSIBLE TO KEEP THE SPACE TIDY – WE ALL WILL PARTICIPATE IN CLEANING UP. We must respect the place in which we do our training. We are guests in these places and respect them accordingly by following rules, keeping spaces tidy, and staying in authorized locations within the buildings. NO cellphone use (including calling and texting) or hand-held devices during training. It is destructive and disrespectful to others. Cellphones may only be used in an emergency or to call a parent at the END of the training. TERMS OF AGREEMENT If any participants habitually disregard company rules and regulations, the company reserves the right to terminate the participant. Organizers are free and harmless against all claims arising from physical injuries, or mental or nervous breakdowns in the performance of their duties during the course of the training, except when such injuries are due to the gross negligence and misconduct of its employee or agents. Should I fail to attend the basketball training camp this 2023, I agree to transfer it to the next batch of students next year or a family member, and/or a friend. I agree that all the material and information of JAMSAP ENTERTAINMENT CORPORATION Basketball Training Camp are confidential, and agree to uphold the same by preventing with all means necessary the disclosure of the confidential information, and will put in place adequate safety measures to maintain the confidentiality of this information; I further agree, that in acquiring the information, I will not in any way tarnish the goodwill and reputation of JAMSAP ENTERTAINMENT CORPORATION in any manner. In return, JAMSAP ENTERTAINMENT CORPORATION will keep all the information provided by the trainee in compliance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012.
