What you can pick up from this policy that employees are allowed to do? 2. What should an organisation do about managing storage media, software licenses, software documentation, CDs, and all other material associated with software? 3. The policy mentions the “CIO” numerous times. a. Who is the CIO? b. What responsibilities does the CIO have according to the policy? Read through the sample software memo to employees. After reading both the software policy and the memo, what concerns do organisations have about unethical installation or use of software? Search the web to find software policies of two organisations. Avoid university sites so that the policies are those found in the corporate world. What similarities can you find between each of those company policies and the BSA sample policy?
