RTU560 – MULTIPROG OLTC Conversion Process
1. Open RTUtil and Configuration
2. Check the signals to be conversioned on PLC
3. Add AMI signal to “selected Data Points” side on PLC Task
4. Click to Extra Tab on RTUtil menü then click Multiprog2 Export option
5. After Multiprog Export Process open Multiprog Application
6. Right click “Library” and add Kesir Library
7. Right Click Logical Pau and click insert.
Define new FBD and give name of FBD like “TASK01”
8. Double click to task and Open the PLC diagram page.
9. Create blocks as follows. Connect the signal inputs and outputs to the blocks you add.
10. Rightclick to PLC Task (TASK01)
Click “Insert”
Type: “Program”
Program Instance: Define task name
Program Type:
11. Rightclick to “PLC Function: Proconos” then click “Settings”
Select “DLL” then enter RTU IP Adress
12. Build and Make the Project
13. Result must be “0 error and 0 warning”
14. Open RTU Web Server and Activate PLC Online Debugging Mode
15. Click Reource Control Block the Download the Project to RTU
