INTRODUCTION One of the greatest and most common problems students face in school is forgetting their projects, homework assignments and requirements, coping up with the various lessons from different subjects, adapting to changes in schedules, and accessing official announcements made by the teachers or the Institution itself. Most of the time, students find it more efficient and easy to use the internet specifically through Facebook (including Facebook groups, Facebook pages, and messenger). The only problem with the information shared on these sites is that they are not so trustworthy and sometimes confusing. Advertisements REPORT THIS AD To solve this problems, we propose that Don Bosco Technical Institute -Tarlac would have its own Student Online School Portal (SOSP) where in all announcements and reminders, lessons and activities, schedule and many other more information are accessible and exclusive to the Educative Pastoral Community (EPC), all information are organized based on different categories like announcements, lessons, activities, grades, etc.. With this, it would be easier for the students to manage their tasks and the Institution and the teachers could easily rely certain announcements or necessary data. II. PURPOSE This paper will describe the problems of students in school and explain how we could help them by proposing a project proposal. III. PROJECT DESCRIPTION The school will need a product that is good enough to make a school portal. A portal should let the students have an access at the online registration system, view their grades, request for documents and update their contact information. It also includes links to the learning management system, library and other online services exclusive for Don Bosco Tarlac students. IV. OBJECTIVES If the project proposal is approved, the students are expected to develop a minimum standard of skills, perform well on every class, and able to reach their full potential. V. METHODOLOGY We first have to seek for the approval of the school head and the whole Educative Pastoral Community (EPC). After the approval we would disseminate the information which is possible during the assemblies or by explaining it at RHGP hours. It would also need to seek and hire a programmer to do the task of creating the Student Online School Portal (SOSP) which may be added to the official school website (dbtarlac.com) or it may also be a new site. Each student is required to have one account which would be used to access the exclusive site. VI. PROJECT NEEDS – ADMIN – APPROVAL VII.
