CALL LETTER FOR ASSAM RIFLES TECHNICAL AND TRADESMEN
RECRUITMENT RALLY 2022
1. Refer to your duly accepted online application to attend ASSAM RIFLES
TECHNICAL AND TRADESMEN RECRUITMENT RALLY 2022.
2. You are hereby advised to report to Presiding Officer of Physical Standard Test
(PST) / Physical Efficient Test (PET)/Field Trials Jorhat, C/o No 3 Maintenance
Group Assam Rifles, near NEFA gate, Rowraha, Jorhat (Assam), NRS Jorhat.
Jorhat (Assam) Centre on 03 Sep 2022 at 08:00 hours alongwith following
documents (both original and photocopy duly self attested) and this CALL
LETTER in original :(a) Educational Certificate and Mark Sheets.
(b) Domicile Certificate/ Permanent Residential Certificate (PRC).
(c) Caste/reservation Certificate (SC/ST/OBC/EWS) as applicable.
(d) Latest Character Certificate issued by Police Authority.
(e) 10 copies of recent passport size photographs.
(f) Photo ID proof ie AADHAAR Card/Pan Card/Voter ID Card/Driving License etc.
(g) Original copy of sys generated online application for PST & PET.
(h) Typing /Short Hand /ITI /Diploma/Degree/Experience Certificate etc as
applicable for Technical and Tradesman Rally only.
(j) Discharge Certificate in case of Ex-servicemen for Technical and Tradesman
Rally only..
(k) No Objection Certificate (NOC) for departmental candidates duly singed by
appropriate authority for Technical and Tradesman Rally only.
(l) Sports cert in prescribed format for sportsperson rally only.
3. The entire process may take 20-30 days to complete the Physical Standard Test
(PST) / Physical Efficient Test (PET)/Field Trials, Trade (Skill) Test (TT), Written
Test, Detailed Documentation Verification, Detailed Medical Examination (DME)
and Review Medical Examination (RME) as applicable.
4. No lodging & fooding will be provided by the Assam Rifles during your stay for
the recruitment process.
5. The Assam Rifles will not be responsible for sustaining any injury (even cause to
death) to the candidates during recruitment rally events/ transit/ stay at rally site.
6. No TA/DA is admissible.
7. If any discrepancy or false information is noticed in your documentation during
the recruitment rally and even at later stage, your candidature will be
rejected/service be terminated by the Assam Rifles/Government.
8. Please note that merely qualifying in all tests does not guarantee the Final
Selection into the Assam Rifles. The Final Selection will only be made on the basis
of position of the candidates in Merit List in accordance with the availability of
vacancies in the respective state, trade and category.
9. Change of domicile, category and trade during any stages will not be accepted. In
such case your candidature will be summarily rejected without issuing any
notice to you.
