learning?
As a teacher, we should always think
alternative things that we will use in
teaching the students or giving
examples, because in the reality
many schools, especially in far flung
areas don’t have the capabilities to
present things as example that most
of the students in the Urban areas
have experienced or seen. So, it is our
duty as a teacher to give them our
best to at least have some alternative
examples that that student in your
community can relate.

and why?
I have the difficulty in being the
Guide on the side teacher. As much
as I want to be just a guide, I can’t
help myself to spoon feed some of
the topics and ideas to the learners
because they are still adjusting from
the modular base of education for
almost 2 years. And we all know that
most of the children during the
pandemic/ modular base don’t
bother to understand the topics that
is being given in the modules that is
why most of the learnings in their
Grade levels are not attained.
What learning insight you gain from
the reporter?
The importance of Stakeholders in the
school are very crucial, especially in
achieving the desired activities,
programs and projects in school.
Teachers and stakeholders have a
give and take relationship when it
comes to children welfare.
What are your recommendation or
pledge in order to improve your
classroom teaching and learning
process related to innovation?
I pledge that I will be an openminded and flexible human being. To
accept suggestions, advice,
feedback and help from the persons
who have more experienced,
knowledge and years in experience
than me. Hence, I believe that
learning is a lifelong process and
changes/ innovations are necessary
for us to become better in everything,
because change is the only constant
in this world and to adopt changed,
we should always be flexible and a
good observer in this institution
