Professional Development Plan Reflection
As a teacher, not only on my part, but I think every other productive worker in their respective fields of specializations faced with a constant
challenged as of how to continually learn In order to grow personally and professionally to always be competent In their field. If learning Is
continuous process, teaching should also fall the same. As being said, we cannot give what we do not have. the challenge for teachers Is how to
become knowledgeable in their respective fields and promote competitive learning environment to have effective and efficient transfer of
knowledge.
My professional development plan provides a perspective that we should not remain stagnant to what are now and what we have In the
present., specially, In our line of work as a teacher. There Is always more than meets the eye. We should always have a room for Improvement
which also has a window for unlimited Insights and doors of opportunities.
From the activity that I have mentioned in my PDP, finishing my graduate school Is my top priority, but then I am really having a hard
time focusing on It because of lack of time management and financial stability. Right now I am sorting out options as how am I going to pull this
off. I think I will not have too much problem on the rest of the listed activities since some of those I have been through It already. The thing that
I am looking into, If ever If I will be participating again on the said activities Is that I will be more prepared and efficient In my preparations and
presentations of the training but on the specific activity where I am hoping to be enrolled In a short term course to upgrade my expertise In my
field of specialization, I think I will have an easy approval of this. this Is because the training center on the field of expertise are In general Santos
city which Is really requires funding and approval
