It is certainly true that these days’ young people are highly qualified as compared to past. It is argued that competition for jobs is now on high level than it was before but some of them say only the people who have opportunities, they carry on with their studies. In this essay I will discuss both of the views and also draw a conclusion. Now a days, competition for jobs is at a high level in the market while if we look into the past the level of competition was very low as compared to present job market. If I say in the past people find it easy to get a job even they have low qualifications because at that time less people were qualified and more jobs available. If we look into today job market, a very large number of peoples are qualified and a less number of jobs available in the market. For instance, if a company announces a specific job today there will be lines of people having top degrees for the interview and few of them will be selected this causes a great competition and unemployment. On the other hand, some people believe that only that person who knows the opportunities exists in the market they continue their studies. If we take a look into the advancements in educational facilities are more improved today. For example, the existence of virtual universities makes it easier for peoples who doing jobs can pursue their education to gain more knowledge and skills in their free time by taking online classes. In my opinion, its beneficial for young peoples to continue their studies along with time because this will increase their knowledge and develops their skills and prepares them for the current market challenges. In conclusion, it is commonly thought that youth is better qualified because of competition in the market but I strongly believe that continuing education with a lot of knowledge and skills makes young people compete in the market.
