EXAMINATION NOTICE
It is inform to all the Student of B.E. Courses that Panjab University has notified the
dates for filing of examination form for the ongoing session i.e. January July, 2023. Therefore,
all the students of 2nd, 4th, 6th & Bh semester are hereby directed to fill the Examination
form online on the Panjab University website ie. http://ugexam.puchd.ac.in/home.aspx
before 24.02.2023. The student has to fill the examination form by choosing the option of
registration on Panjab University website and then select the 1st option i.e. you are an old
semester student of Panjab University to fill the required details ie. College Roll No. (only
numerical)
and date of birth.
Regular students have to fill form after selecting student type as University department
and exam type as full subject.
Re-appear students have to select student type as private candidate and exam type as re
appear and select the semesterin which he/she had re-appear.
Regular student has to select College name in current semester exam detail.
Student has to select subjects according to their current syllabus and scheme of Panjab
University and they may take help of their respective class incharges.

Re-appear students will pay the examination fees online and it is their responsibility
to
pay fee accordingly.
Those students who had not deposited their even semester fee, their examination form
will not be forwarded to Panjab University.
A student shall be eligible to appear in examination only if he/she has attended at least
75% of the total classes held during the semester.
