, Drouin and Davis and is also known as Textese, Digi-talk, Text-speak, Tech-talk, and
Internet lingo. Text talk is the main form of public and private communication for the internet
generation in both private and public web-based collaborations .Texting language, also
known as text-speak, sms, or texting language, pores a brief spray of truncated content that'
s bursting at the seams with illogical phrases, misspelt words, and emoji’s. The
Standard English language has text speak, but it mimics the informal
communication in language .When communicating effectively on phones and using textspeak, abbreviations and shorter spellings are used. In essence, Standard English words
have changed due to the internet age replaced homophones , and diminished the importance
of proper punctuation and capitalization, all of which resulted in structural changes to the
English language .Text-speak could also be seen as a systematisation effort by children
exchanges that will protect them from unintended beneficiaries.
Text-speak could also be seen as a form of disobedience to
linguistic conventions . The word changes used in Text-talk are becoming more and more
prevalent in daily English usage. any person as one might anticipate, using printed
transformations frequently could give off an air of acceptance and business as usual, which
makes learning Standard English challenging . Standard English makes references to
how language structures and jargon should be used appropriately in organisations . It is
also the style of language that is accepted in official contexts, the academic community, as
well as in other conventional settings .Text talk violates the rules of Standard English and
is a problem for educators and parents. Teachers are concerned that understudies'
assignments contain an excessive amount of acronyms, often used poorly written phrases,
and grammatically faulty sentences.

text-speak. There are countless instances that highlight the drawbacks of using text-speak.
