Completing the Cover Sheet:

Candidates complete Part A and the teacher responsible for the course completes Part B.
•
For Component 02 (Individual Report), a Coversheet must be submitted for every candidates entered.
•
For Component 03, a Coversheet must be completed by every candidate to confirm that the Reflective paper is the candidate’s own work.
Only the Coversheets for candidates in the sample have to be submitted to Cambridge International.
