The VENDOR hereby undertakes to defend and answer for any and all claims that may arise at any time hereafter. • This contract states the entire agreement between the parties and shall not be bound by any stipulation, representation, and agreement of oral promise, unless such stipulation, representation on agreement is reduced in writing and signed by both parties and made an addendum to this contract.
