At the moment I’m studying and I’m in the final year at secondary

As far as I remember, my school days were just unforgettable. I
used to love attending school every day. I really got on well with my
classmates and I was a teacher’s pet. However, there were
sometimes too many workloads to do at home.
3. is there anything you don`t like about your studies?
What I really hate about my school was that there were sometimes
too many workloads to do at home. As well as, such subjects as
biology and chemistry were very tough for me to comprehend.
FAMILY
1. how many people are there on your immediate family?
There are four of us in our family. They are just my parents, an
older brother and me. we always get on well with each other.
2. who do you get on best within your family?
Ok, it is my mum who is always ready to give me a hand when I am
in trouble. That is why, we always avoid arguing.
3. what do you do together with your family?
Well, It is a good topic. What we mainly do together is going
around the city at night. You know, the city life at this time is
always thrilling and lively. In addition, we attend golf courses
together at times.
HOME
1.What can you tell me about the place you live in?

I live on campus … in a single room in halls of residence … all first
year students are encouraged to do that as they’re close to the
university … next year I plan to move into a high-rise flat in town
…
2. Is there anything you would like to change about the place you
live in?
What I am planning to change about my apartment is that I shall
decorate the walls with historic portraits. As well as, if the landlord
lets me, I’ll paint the walls with blue color.
3. do you plan to live there for a long time?
Not, actually, I have decided to move into a high-rise flat the
following year. The reason is that I am going to take a part-time job
in the city center. It will make the commuting time shorter.
WEATHER
1. What is your favorite kind of weather?
I like when it rains… I love all the freshness around, the cool breeze
after a heavy rain. It’s wonderful, you know! As well as the sound
of rain is just like music to my ears.
2. Is there any type of weather you really don`t like?
It is certainly dry weather which really makes me irritated and
sweat. Moreover, I can’t function properly in this type of weather.
3. what is the climate like in your country?
The weather in my country is pretty nice. We have a mild climate,
so it’s never boiling hot in the summer or freezing cold in the
winter.
TRANSPORTATION

1. do you prefer public transportation or private transportation?
I would prefer private cars which are far more comfortable and
much faster than public transports. Last but not least, I can stop
anywhere I want if necessary.
2. what is the most popular means of transportation in your
country?
it is certainly private cars which are far more comfortable and much
faster than public transports. Last but not least, you can stop
anywhere you want if necessary.
3. how has public transportation changed in recent years?
Honestly speaking, there have not been any noticeable
improvements in terms of public transports. To support my view, I
can mention old Mercedes buses commuting within cities because
none of them have not been replaced by new ones for a decade and
it is hard to find electric buses.
SCHOOL
1. do you miss your life at school?
Yes, for sure. As I am a nostalgic person, I always remember my
schooldays with good memories. The reason is that almost every
day passed with not only lively, but also upsetting events.
2. who was your favorite teacher at school?
Honestly speaking, it is really hard to show a single one. But, of all,
Sanjar Azimboyev, a math teacher, had a huge influence on
triggering my interest in this subject. Although I was not so genius,
his teaching method helped me to acquire math.
3. do you still keep in touch with your friends from school?

To tell the truth, I used to make a contact with them every other day.
But now, this occurs two times in a month as all of us are busy with
daily chores.
FRIENDS
1.Do you have a best friends?
Yes, I have only one intimate friend … I think it is better to have
one reliable friend than a thousand fair-weather friends… Although
it’s not easy to meet someone you have a lot in common with, I
think I managed to do it.
2.How often do you meet your friends?
As often as I can… We enjoy each other’s company, so we see each
other almost daily… What’s more, we live very close to each other,
so it’s easy for us to meet up.
3. what do you spend your time with them?
Oh, that’s an interesting question… I guess there are lot of things
we spend time on… For instance, my best friend can draw
unbelievable art, and we sell it on public places together.
Furthermore, all of us are really keen on cooking. needles to say,
they are people who are near and dear to my heart.
LIFESTYLE
1. what do you do in you free time?
I mostly engage with different extreme sports, such as wind-surfing.
white-water rafting and sometimes parachuting, which give me an
adrenalin nothing can offer.
2. Do you have a busy social life?
Yes, exactly. I always try to be a part of any activities, events or
special parties as often as I can. In addition, I am an active user in

social media sites. For instance, on Instagram, I have more than ten
thousand followers.
3. Has your life changed much in the last year?
Probably yes, I used to be dependent on my parents for cash a
couple of years ago. But now, I can back me up financially. Last but
not least, I can make a decision without relying on someone's
advice.
TV
1 .Do you like watching TV?
Definitely yes, I have become so addicted to watching TV that
there is no day when I do not watch TV Moreover, I usually spend
the whole weekend watching my favorite TV programs and soap
operas.

My all-time favorite type of TV programs is talent shows because
these show us how ordinary people achieved success and became

Yes, absolutely! A great way to relax is to peruse a book... IT I am
so addicted to reading that sometimes I can't even fall asleep
without an hour of bedtime reading.

As often as I can... I am a bookworm and I can't even fall asleep
without an hour of bedtime reading. Moreover, I don't spend any
time on bus without perusing a book of my favorite type.
3. Do you have many books at home?
Yes, for sure. As far as I remember, I have been collecting my
favorite books since I learnt to read. Even, I have allocated one
room only for books at home
Cinema
1. How often do you go to the cinema?
Quite often, to be honest... I like catching the latest movies with my
friends, so we go to the cinema almost every week. I especially like
action movies and sci-fi films.
2. Are cinema tickets expensive in your country?
Not actually, the prices are always affordable. Anyone who wants to
catch the latest movies can enter the cinemas for only 2 dollars.
3. What are the advantages of seeing a film at the cinema?
There are many advantages of watching movies at cinema rather
than at home or online. For instance, you can enjoy the atmosphere
in a crowd and the screens are also one of cinemas superiorities.
ADS
1. Do you like watching advertisements?
No … not really … I hate commercial breaks during a film or prime
time … it really spoils the flow. celebrity endorsements also get on
my nerves … everyone knows these ads are released only for
monetary purposes.

Not really, these ads cannot influence on my personal preference.
Everyone knows the reason why ads are released on TV is to
increase the number of customers. In addition, the products
advertised are not usually high quality.
3. Do you like funny or serious advertisements?
Well, it is an interesting question. Although I am not fond of
watching ads, funny adverts can grab my attention and increase my
mood. But, it does not mean I am influenced by these ads.
FILMS
1.What kind of movies do you like?
It is action movies which can grab my attention and increase my
mood. Moreover, sci-fi films are also included in the list of movies
of my favorite kind. Even, there is a pile of sci-fi film discs in my
room.
2. Do you usually watch films alone or with others?
I prefer watching a movie together. it means there is always
someone with whom I can share my impressions about a film or
movie. Furthermore, I also like to discuss interesting parts of a film
with someone.
3. Which actor would you like to play you in a film?
Oh, it is the most interesting question I have ever been asked. Brad
Pitt is an actor whom I have always wanted to play a part with in a
film.
COMPUTERS
1. Do you use computers?

yes, for sure. I use it on a daily basis. It helps me with studies and
entertains me.
2. What do you use a computer to do?
I use it for a variety of purposes, ranging from educational ones to
work. For example, I download handouts related to my study while I
am at college and after arriving home, I watch videos on social
media, such as you tube, Instagram and so on.
3. Do you think computers changed your life a lot?
Probably yes. For example, a few years ago, I used to read stories
or novels from magazines or books. But now, the computer is
available to do these tasks. Moreover, I would visit a local library in
my hometown to peruse a book which I could not find from shops.

MUSIC
1. Music Do you listen to music?
Yes, definitely. I am so addicted to music that I cannot even fall
asleep with an hour of bedtime music. As my subjects are a bit
demanding, music is of great value in relieving tension and
boredom.
2. What's your favorite kind of music?
Unlike many youngsters who are fond of pop and jazz music, I
show a preference to classical songs, which are just like a
meditation to my brain, especially after a hardworking day.
3. What kinds of music are (most) popular in your country?

I think it is hard to show a single type of music because pop and
jazz have already grown in popularity among the youth while the
elderly show a preference to classical songs.
Newspapers
1. Do you often read newspapers?
Yes, quite often. Although I am an active user on social media, I
also read newspapers to be aware of current affairs. It keeps me
updated.
2. Do you prefer to read local news or international news?
I prefer to read international news because local news is
broadcasted on TV every day. For that reason, there is no need to
look through local news. In addition, local news is sometimes
distorted to grab public attention, which makes me avoid reading
them.
3. Which is more popular where you live, newspapers or
magazines?
It is certainly newspapers. I rarely know people who subscribe to
daily magazines. I think this is mainly because more information is
given on newspapers rather than magazines.
Traveling
1. Where was the last place you visited on holiday?
Well, the last place I visited was Rome. I spent a couple of weeks
there. I really enjoyed my visit because it was a picturesque city and
had breathtaking views and historical monuments.
2. Would you like to go back there again?

Yes, for sure. I think there is not any person who does not want to
return after travelling there. I believe Rome’s breathtaking views
and historical monuments are what attracts tourists.
3. What kind of tourist destinations do you usually prefer?
Honestly speaking, I am tired of tourist traps and usually go
somewhere few people visit, such as countryside or remote islands.
The internet
1. How important is the Internet to you?
Not much, but a little. My studies do not involve the use of the
internet as everything I should learn is through books. Moreover, all
my relatives live close to me and I have a face-to-face
communication with them.
2. Do you use the Internet more for work or in your free time?
As my studies do not involve the use of internet, I mostly use the
internet in my leisure time to keep me updated about current affairs.
3. Do you think you use the Internet too much?
Not much, but a little. My studies do not involve the use of the
internet as everything I should learn is through books. Moreover, all
my relatives live close to me and I have a face-to-face
communication with them.
Sports
1. Do you like outdoor activities?
Yes, definitely. I work out different types of sports to keep in
shape. Fr example, I spend the whole weekend on outdoor activities,
such as swimming in the pool and running the marathon.
2. What outdoor sports do you like?

I really like running the marathon and swimming to get into shape.
I have been trying these sports since my childhood. I want to set a
record in the Olympic games.
3. How much time do you spend outdoors every week?
I used to spend 2-3 hours a couple of years ago. But now, I can’t
manage it whether I desire or not because of my studies. Currently, I
rarely spend more than 1-2 hours.

I want to tell you about an advertisement that persuaded me to buy a
product. It was and advertisement of Coca Cola. It was shown on
TV. It was on New Year and it was like a fairy tale with Santa. This
advertisement made me buy Cola next day. In the Advertisement
Santa was drinking Co la and reading a book. I also like reading
books and drink Coca cola.

Samarkand. It is very amazing city. Many years ago Samarkand was
the capital of Uzbekistan. I knew about it from history book. Telling
the truth I like travelling very much. Last year I went to Samarkand
to visit my friend Rustam. It was his Birthday. I went to Samarkand
by Afrasiab train. I liked Samarkand and because in Samarkand I
saw different historic places: Registan , Sherdor Madrasah , Bibi
Khanum and others . During my travel I also read some books.

Umarovna, taught me how to use microscope. In biology we learned
the structure of the plants and a human. I am interested in it very
much. My teacher influenced me very much but presently her
teaching method helps me to acquire this subject.

school number 41. It is situated in Jondor district. Our English
teacher is good. Her name is Zarina Bahodirivna. Last week we had
a remarkable English lesson. It was about our Future Plans. All my
friends and I told about future plans in English. I remember this
lesson because my teacher liked my future plans most of all.

disturbing. It is the problem of Aral Sea. Aral Sea as you know is
the sea which is situated in Karakalpakistan. It is disappearing and
turning into desert. It causes many problems with air and land. It
changes the climate of the county. We can solve the problem of Aral
Sea by saving water I have read about the problem of Aral Sea in
the book.

eat it every week at home or in a cafe. It is our national food. In

I want to tell you about a memorable journey I have made. Telling
the truth I like travelling very much. Last year I went to Samarkand
to visit my Friend Rustam. It was his Birthday. I went to
Samarkand by Afrasiab train. I liked Samarkand because in
Samarkand I saw different historic places: Registan, Sherdor
Madrasah, Bibi Khanum and others. It was amazing and memorable
journey. During my travel I also read some books. I like reading
English books.

you?
I want to tell you about a TV program that has made a strong
impression on me. I watch it every week. When I have free time I
like to watch TV and my favorite TV program is Comedy Club
program. It is very funny and makes me feel happy and excited. I
usually watch it at home with my family. This program influences
me greatly because it is very positive and changes my life
positively. Besides watching TV I also like reading English books.

I want to tell you about an item you got for free. It is a new mobile
phone I - Phone Pro 12 / Samsung A35. My mother / father / brother
gave it to me on my Birthday. I was very happy. It is very modern
and beautiful. It has 3 cameras. Now I can take professional photos.
I can use it to talk with my friends, for my study and to play
