Remember to warm up before starting each day!!
( D.S. ) = Drop Set- Do drop set immediately after last set (lighter weight)
( D.D.S. ) = Double Drop Set- Do first drop set immediately after last set, then a second one
( S.S. ) = Super Set- Do set immediately after previous set
LISS: Low Intensity Stable State cardio. (ex: Stairmaster, walking at an incline. No intervals or running
etc)
HIIT: high intensity interval training. (ex: running at 5.0 for 2 minutes then walking at an incline a 3.5 for
2 minute then running at 8.0 for one minute then walking at a brisk pace for 5 then repeat etc)
* = Can be done in super sets
