 Leadership in business is the
capacity of organization 's
management to set and attain
challenging goals, take quick and
decisive action when needed,
outperform the competition, and
inspire others to perform at the
highest level .
 It can be normally to place a value
on leadership or other qualitative
sides of a company, versus
quantitative metrics that are
commonly tracked and much
easier to compare between
companies.

Behavioral Theory considers effective leadership to be the result of many learned or acquired skills.
this suggest that an individual can study to become a good leader. This is one of the best leadership
theories.
Transactional leadership theory
Transactional Theories, also referred to as Management theories or exchange leadership theories, revolve
around the role of supervision, organization, and teamwork. These leadership theories consider rewards
and punishments as the basis for leadership actions
Transformational leadership theory
Transformational leaders typically motivated by their ability to show their assistant the significance of the task
and the higher good involved in carry out.
Contingency leadership theory
Contingency leadership Theory , Many leaders not only have the right characteristics,
but also have the ability to assess the needs of their subordinates, analyze the
situation and act properly.

Great man leadership theory
The great man theory of leadership states that some people are born with the necessary
quality that set them apart from others and that these traits are responsible A leader is a hero
who accomplishes goals against all odds for his assistant .​
Situational leadership theory
According to this theory, different in condition demand different styles of leadership and decisionmaking. Leaders must act by judging the situation they are facing.
Trait leadership theory
This theory walks in the footsteps of the Great Man theory in assuming that leaders are born
with traits that make them more suitable for the role of a leader than others who lack those
natural-born traits.

 Drafting a successful plan means aligning the goal with the company's vision,
considering factors affecting the project internally and externally, and establishing
a realistic time frame while being mindful of resource and budget constraints.
 Organizing
 Organizing facilitates a clear development of the organizational structure for
executing the plan, but it also encourages cooperation among team members
spread amongst various departments and teams.
 Leading
 The dominant phase was to motivate and influence employees to do the work
and meet the performance qualities.
 Controlling
 The controlling function includes of monitoring performance and progress through
project execution and making adjustments as needed. owners should ensure that
employees meet deadlines while simultaneously balancing synchronicity amongst
the project’s resources and the overall budget.

option and explores alternative solutions if needed.
•Making a choice: Once a thorough assessment takes place, the manager makes a final

 This chapter focused on communication and how it effects organizational
and everyday lives. Communication, the communication process, and how
to effectively and efficiently communicate to others was discussed.
Communication’s role within learning organizations and how the
technological medium has influenced changes in learning organizations.
