Our Company
1954
Started in 1989 as part of Gulf Industries,
engaged in the fabrication and installation of different kind of metal works.
Also, a subsidiary of, and one of Salam International’s (SIIL) respected branches.
2005
2022
Due to the increasing number of client, in 2005, Salam International has decided
to make GSE an Independent Steel & Engineering body,
specializing exclusively on Designing, Preparation of workshop drawings,
Manufacturing and Construction of High-Quality Steel works.
In the process of improving and diversifying the offering as well as aligning with
the local market needs, M/s: Gulf Steel & Engineering and M/s: Intelligent Metal
for Metal Construction, known as IMC have entered into Operation and
Cobranding Agreement for GSE Factory which will facilitate lots of opportunities
for both parties.

It is the policy of IMC that we will design, develop, manufacture, and deliver products and services that continually
represent superior value to our customers and to IMC. We will knowingly provide to our customers and co-workers

All employees are responsible for understanding their customers' and co-workers' requirements and the processes
by which they are met, and for performing these processes as defined. In addition, all employees are empowered to
initiate improvement actions, and are expected to participate in formal improvement initiatives to assure that
changing customer and co-worker value expectations are continually met.
Quality objectives and improvement plans to achieve the quality policy shall be established and documented by the
management of IMC during the annual planning process. Results shall be reported in the division operations report
and regularly reviewed by IMC management.
