SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
I, ISABELA ANTENERO ANDIG of legal age, with residence of Purok 7,
Matam, Katipunan, Zamboanga del Norte, do hereby appoint MARY GRACE
ANTENERO ANDIG, single, likewise of legal age, with residence Purok 7,
Barangaay Matam, Katipunan, Zamboanga del Norte as our true and legal
representative to act for and in my name and stead and to perform the following
acts:
1. To represent me in the preliminary investigation of the criminal case
filed against Juan Dela Cruz for the Violation of RA 9262 otherwise
known as “Anti-Violence Against Women and their Children Act of
2004;
2. To voluntary appear on my behalf in any proceeding required by the
Office of the Prosecutor and to file and sign the appropriate and
responsive pleadings, motions, verifications, including a motion for
reconsideration and a petition for review;
3. To represent me in any criminal case which will be filed in the court
as a result of the Affidavit-Complaint filed with the Office of
Prosecutor;
4. To represent me in the preliminary conferences, pre-trials,
mediation and other proceedings in said criminal cases;
5. To appear and represent me in the hearing of the above mentioned
case;
6. To consider the simplification of issues in the said case; to consider
the possibility of entering into a stipulation of facts, and such other
purposes of Pre-Trials as are specified by the Rules of Court of the
Philippines and to enter into settlement or compromise agreements
regarding the civil aspect of the criminal case with such binding
force and effect and under such terms and conditions as are
acceptable to them as if the same has complied with all the
requirements of Section 23 of Rule 138 of the Rules of Court in the
aforementioned case.
HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said attorney full powers and
authority to do and perform all or any acts requisite and/or necessary to carry
into effect the foregoing authorities, as fully to all intents and purpose as I might
or could lawfully do, if personally present and acting in person, and HEREBY
RATIFYING AND CONFIRMING all that my said ATTORNEY-IN-FACT may also
do or cause to be done under and by virtue thereof.
This special power of attorney shall be in effect until the completion of the
object or purpose above-stated unless revoked.
