MZEC Non-Conformance Report Description:
In Work Order No: SHN-MDBI-E-264-2022 under MZEC Tender 01/2022, we have a

DSS construction activity at Lizq in Mudhaibi area.
final levels without RFI submission.
As this was our very first DSS construction under MZEC Tender 01/2022, there were
some confusion regarding raising RFI’s. We were erroneousness in following the
correct work procedure documentation established in North Sharqiya Governorate.
Action: We have advised our Civil Engineer to follow the correct work procedure
documentation and to discard all other documents / formats.

Lack of Communication / Miscommunication also contributed to this issue.
Action: We have instructed our Site Engineer and Project Engineer to visit DSS
Construction Site on a regular basis and provide guidance and supervise the
construction work activities.
Any future RFI will be raised by the Project Engineer.
