PREFACE
This SIP Logbook is specially designed to meet the needs of Mechanical
Engineering students who will undergo Student Internship Program (SIP). This will
serve as their guide for their training activities.
Student Internship Program is part of the BSME Curriculum wherein students
will be given the opportunity to apply theories and knowledge learned from school,
and to familiarize themselves with actual work settings in the industry. The
workplace then, becomes a developmental venue for them to learn more about
their chosen field of practice.
This logbook will help trainees to record their practical training and
experiences for future reference and to ensure that the expected competencies
and requirements are met.
