TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1) CHILD POLICY : There is no extra charge for children under 12 years sharing the same room as their parents (limited to a maximum 1 child per
room, unless otherwise stated) without extra bed. Additional breakfast will be charge as per contract meal rates.
2) CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT POLICY : Confirm room will available for occupancy after 12.00 noon on the day of arrival. Check-Out time is 12.00
noon. Rooms used from 12.00 noon to 06.00 p.m. on the day of departure will be charged 50% of the contract rate. Rooms occupied beyond 06.00
p.m. will be charge at the full contract rate, unless specifically specified otherwise in writing by the hotel.
3) VISITOR AND NONE REGISTER POLICY : Guest who which to have visitor or invite person to visiting to the room, the charge of 800.-Baht will
be charge direct to guest.

4) CANCELLATION / NO SHOW CHARGE : In case of cancellation, a written notice must be received by the hotel at least 14 days prior scheduled
arrival during low season and 21 days prior scheduled arrival during high and peak season respectively. In the event that this written notice is not
received within the time limit stated, and in the event that there is no show the deposit will be forfeit automatically or one night will be invoiced to
the agent
5) EARLY CHECK OUT : In the event of early check out a 100% surcharge for the period booked on the balance of the unused portion
6) DEPOSIT : During the specified High and Peak period 50 % or equivalent to minimum one night accommodation charges 14 days prior to
scheduled arrival The hotel reserves the right to release all rooms not guaranteed by the deposits on the above dates, unless both contracting parties
have agreed separate written arrangements
7) PAYMENT / CREDIT TERM : Payment by money transfer to our bank account before guest arrival, and / or when received our pro- forma
invoiced.

8) TAXES / SERVICE CHARGE : The hotel reserves the right to adjust rates agreed within the contract period in the event of tax alterations by
government, and service charge amendments
OTHERS : The hotel holds the right to change the rate according to the increasing of VAT and /or Provincial Tax
This agreement shall be binding upon and insure to the benefit of the parties hereto, their legal representatives, successors and assignees.
The offer is valid for 14 days from the date of issue; kindly acknowledge your acceptance, including Terms and Conditions above by signing with
company stamp and returning the attached duplicate copy of this agreement.
