Tasks:
1. You will be constructing a phenomenological study on the lived experience of the students
during the SHS camp.
2. Groupings will be based from the different camp groups.
3. One paper will be submitted per group.
4. Using the generic cover page given to all the students, construct a cover with the research
title below. It must be revised in accordance to your group name. Don’t forget to indicate all
the names of grade 11 students for submissions.

Belbin’s Theory of team roles​ Belbin created a list of nine roles that every team should have.
These roles are Plant, Resource investigator, Coordinator, Shaper, Monitor Evaluator, Team
Worker, Implementer, Completer-Finisher, and Specialist.
SelfDetermination Theory​ (Deci & Ryan, 1985; 2000). “Tobe self-determined is to endorse
one’s actions at the highest level of reflection. When self-determined, people experience a
sense of freedom to do what is interesting, personally important, and vitalizing,”
SelfDetermination Theory (SDT) suggests that the psychological processes that occur within
the social context influence reasons or motivations to act or behave, (Ryan & Deci, 2000).
