If you have purchased your tickets online via iHoliday, this confirmation letter that
is either printed or presented on your mobile phone/tablet can be served as entry
tickets for admission.
SHOW ENTRY TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Any use of the show, performance or concert (“Show”) tickets (“Tickets”) to the
venue at which an Event is taking place (“Show Venue”) shall be subject to the
Terms and Conditions and its amendment (“T&Csrdquo;) which are posted on the
website, box offices, authorized sales offices and entrance to the Show Venue
and anyone who purchases, holds or uses a Ticket shall be deemed to have read,
understood and agreed to the T&Cs
1. Only original and valid Tickets issued by the Organizer or the Show (the
“Organizer”) and/or its authorized agents are admissible to the Show Venue.
Tickets with any alteration and/or mutilation shall be null and void and may
not be used for admission to the Show Venue.
2. (i) Subject to paragraph 2
(ii), every customer MUST purchase ticket(s) for admission, including infants
and children of all ages. Infants or children without tickets shall not be
admitted, unless otherwise stated in publicity materials or announcements
for the Show.
(ii) Entry to the Show may be subject to age restrictions specified in the
publicity materials for the Show, and strictly no refunds will be made on the
ground that the Ticket holder was not aware of such age restrictions.
3. The Organizer will not refund or replace any lost, damage, stolen or
misplaced tickets.
4. Admission is strictly by the date and time specified on the ticket. Any request
to exchange any ticket with a ticket of a different price scale or to change the
date and/or time of the Show will not be entertained.
5. Ticket holders must retain the Ticket holder’s portion of the ticket at all times
for the purpose of inspection at the Show Venue. Any ticket holder who fails
to produce his/her Ticket holder’s portion may be expelled. Latecomers shall
not be admitted to the Show Venue until a suitable break during the
performance. They shall be directed to a waiting area until they are
permitted to enter the Show Venue.
6. For security reasons, and in order to ensure the orderly and smooth running
of the Show, Ticket holders shall always observe the rules and regulations
of the Show Venue and follow the directions of the Organizer and/or its
personnel (including without limitation the security staff).

7. The Organizer’s personnel is entitled to, without refund or compensation,
deny admission or to expel any ticket holders who, in the sole opinion of the
Organizer, is disruptive, behaving or appears likely to behave violently or
contrary to public order, appears to be under the influence of alcohol or
illegal drugs, whose conduct is disorderly or unbecoming or who may impair
the enjoyment, comfort, privacy, security and/or safety of other patrons, the
artistes or the Organizer’s personnel.
8. Ticket holders are not permitted to take photographs or to record all or any
part of the Show (whether by audio or visual recording) without the prior
consent of the Organizer. Each ticket holder shall cooperate and release the
Organizer and/or its authorized personnel from any losses or damages in
the event the Organizer’s personnel confiscates the ticket holder’s camera,
recording devices, the film negatives, tape, memory cards and/or mobile
devices pursuant to his/her breach of this Condition.
9. The organizer shall not be liable for any losses or damage that may be
suffered by the ticket holder arising from the organizer exercising any of its
rights under the T&Cs
10. All ticket holders acknowledge and agree that their movement in and
around the show venue is at their own risk. The organizer, venue owner,
their employees, directors, related companies, agents and/or contractors
shall not be liable for any loss, damage, costs and expenses that may be
suffered by each ticket holder aring from loss of property (including without
limitation damage or theft) or death, bodily injury, permanent damage to
health or sickness in whatever nature or kind when the ticket holder is
present in or around the show venue.
11. If Conditions 9 and 10 herein shall be held to be invalid for any reason
whatsoever and the Organizer, Venue Owner, their employees, directors,
related companies, agents and/or contractors become liable for loss,
damage or expense that would otherwise have been excluded, the liability
shall for all events be limited to the total sum of Ringgit Malaysia: Three
Hundred (RM300.00) only.
12. Each ticket holder shall indemnify and keep the Organizer and the Venue
Owner harmless against any and all claims, demands, liabilities, expenses,
damages or losses (including without limitation to the facilities or
equipment at the Show Venue, consequential losses, loss of profit and loss
of reputation, penalties and legal costs on a solicitor and client basis and
other professional costs and expenses) suffered or incurred by or taken
against or made on the Organizer and/or the Venue Owner (by way of
criminal or civil proceedings or otherwise) by any person in respect of
injury, death, damage to property or otherwise caused by, arising out of or
in connection with his/her actions or omissions.

13. The Organizer reserves the absolute right to cancel, to change the date,
time or location of the Show without prior notice or giving any reasons
whatsoever. The Organizer also reserves the absolute right to cancel,
interrupt or stop the Show due to adverse weather, dangerous situations,
or for any other causes beyond its reasonable control.
14. In the event of a cancellation of the Show, Ticket holders shall be notified
of the time period within which to claim the refund of the ticket price
(“Refund Deadline”) and the procedure for doing so, which shall be as
follows: (i) The administration fee for the ticket (if any) shall not be refundable. Any
other refunds shall be made at the Organizer’s sole discretion.
(ii) Ticket holders must produce the full stub of the original tickets in good
condition in order to claim a refund. The identity of the person receiving the
refunds may be recorded by the Organizer’s personnel.
(iii) Refunds will not be entertained after the Refund Deadline.
(iv) In the event of cancellation of Shows organized by third parties (3rd
Party Organizer”), Genting Malaysia Berhad and/or its associated
companies (collectively “GENM”) shall only make refunds for tickets sold
by GENM on behalf of the Organizer from any sums held by GENM for the
3rd Party Organizer as authorized by prior written agreement with the 3rd
Party Organizer. GENM shall not be liable and under no obligation to make
any refund at all in the event that the 3rd Party Organizer has not paid in
advance the said sums to GENM, in which event the refunds shall be
handled directly by the 3rd Party Organizer.
(v) Tickets purchased using credit card shall be refunded to the credit
cards with the Tickets were purchased (“Said Credit Card”). Ticket holders
must submit a photocopy of the front of the Said Credit Card in order to
claim the refund. If the Said Credit Card has expired and/or has been
cancelled, the refund procedure shall be as set out in the following
paragraph 14.
(vi) Tickets purchased using payment methods other than credit cards shall
be refunded by way of telegraphic transfer. Ticket holders must fill in the
Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) and submit a photocopy of their
MyKad/Passport and in order to claim their refund.
15. The organizer is entitled to amend the T&Csfrom time to time without prior
box office, the authorized sales offices and the entrance to the Show
Venue.
16. The invalidity or unenforceability of any T&Csshall not affect the validity or
enforceability of other T&Cs
17. Any queries or complaints regarding the Show will be directed to and dealt
with by the Organizer.

18. Only those aged at least 18 years of age are permitted to purchase tickets
from the website. By transacting on the website, the purchaser shall be
deemed to have certified that the purchaser is at least 18 years of age and
understands the conditions of sale.
19. We will only allow entry for the first scan of the barcode. If the barcode is
presented at the event venue for the second time, the staff in charge of
scanning barcode will alert the customer that the barcode has already been
scanned.
20. Kindly note that there may be multiple pages and that one ticket is required
per person for admission. Each copy can only be used by one person as it
contains a unique barcode.
21. Should there be a dispute, our staff will contact the original ticket purchaser
and verify the purchaser’s identity through Name/Contact Number/Email
collected during the purchase process.
22. Every customer must be fully vaccinated to enter the event venue.
23. Strictly adhere the health and safety standard operating procedures (SOP)
and other rules by the government.
24. Our policy will be amended to comply with government guidelines as soon
as they are announced.
25. The English version of the T&Csshall prevail over other versions.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
- We will not entertain any amendment or cancellation for payment and
reservations on PACKAGES or SPECIAL RATES Promotion
- Our liabilities in respect of any loss or damage to the items belonging to
the hotel guest are governed by the Innkeepers Act 1952.
