DOST AO No. 11, series of 2020 prescribes the standards that guides the implementation of the LGIA projects. It includes the eligibility requirements on the program itself and the project/program leader, project proposal requirements and its supporting documents as well as the proposal preparation, submission, review and approval. Review of two (2) LGIA projects granted during the year disclosed that these were approved and granted LGIA funding despite non-submission of all the requirements listed in the administrative order.
