Final Requirement:
My SELF at the end of this Semester

1. What is ONE SIGNIFICANT LEARNING you have discovered or acquired about yourself
after grasping the various topics in GSelf? This should be something that you did not
know about yourself before this subject.
2. What is ONE IMPORTANT THING you need to improve about yourself considering ANY
of the dimensions of the self (physical, sexual, material, political, digital, spiritual)?
Explain this briefly.
3. Identify ONE goal that you aim to achieve within the next 3 months. Make sure this
goal is SMART (specific, measurable, attainable, realistic, time bound). What three (3)
STEPS will you take to be able to achieve this?
4. Considering what you learned about the PERMA Model, HOW can you manage and
