Floating Holidays are awarded at the beginning of each calendar year. Floating Holidays cannot be carried over to the next year and have no cash value. Regular full-time employees hired on or after July 1st will receive their first floating holiday in the following calendar year. Floating Holidays should be used in full day (8 hour) increments. You must obtain manager approval before scheduling a Floating Holiday.
