My name is Egor, I am 20 years old, I am a 4th year student at the university, speciality in bioengineering. I like sport, I used to play table tennis professionally, now I train to keep myself in shape I am responsible and proactive. I am always responsible for my work, I think outside the box to find the best solutions for my goals and objectives. I am a sociable, open and nice person who can work well in a team. I am a fast learner, willing to learn and improve my technical skills. of the minuses, I noticed that I take work too seriously, especially when something doesn’t work out the first time and I sit until the end trying to solve the problem until late at night and this knocking down my work life balance, but I try to work on it) at the moment I continue my growth, development and set goals for myself. the achievement of these goals and the result that I get motivates and inspires me to go further, set new goals and develop as a specialist I got a little sick, I caught some kind of virus. The temperature is already the 4th day and the head hurts Thank you, I take pills and a lot of water, so I think that I will recover soon my way to IT started in the first year of university, I began to get interested, I studied the basics myself. Then I went to Epam university for front-end developer courses. There I had two semestres, on first we studied the base html/css/js ,on second more difficult things like frameworks, libraries, and so on. In EPAM I reached the last stage where we were supposed to be hired by the company, but company told us to wait, because they coudnl`t find project, but no one could tell how long to wait. So I decided to move on my first job was in a small company, where one developer ran the company's website, he was a full stack and my task was to help with the frontend. I performed small tasks, there was a lot of layout, but there was also enough work with the javascript. But the time has come when I realized that I need to move on then I got a job in a company that had a larger team, there were 11 people, 6 backenders, 3 frontenders and 2 customers. When I got there, I had a lead who onboard me, helped me, taught me somewhere. But due to the fact that developers often left the project, and new ones came in their place, at one moment I became the developer with the most experience on this project, and therefore I was the person who often communicated with customers, whom other developers ask for advice. On the plus side, I learned to deal with responsibility, because in the end I was responsible for everything, and I also improve my skill pf troubleshooting. Of the minuses, I am not very experienced yet and I have a lot to learn, so I would like to have a senior / leader from whom I could learn and improve my coding skills, I also didn’t really like the fact that developers change very quickly, only I started to have chemistry with some developer, when suddenly he leaves, and a new one comes and all over again. Therefore, I decided to look for a place where I can improve all my skills, both technical and communicative.
